Tiderace Sea Kayaks

Tiderace are the latest big brand to hit our shores, an innovative brand with an emphasis on performance in the sea. Designed by renowned British paddler Aled Williams these boats have pedigree, and reflect an emphasis on hull shape & what it means in the dynamic environment of the ocean.

Pace 17 Tour

The latest arrival in the Tiderace range, and in our eyes the most keenly anticipated. Why? To us, the idea of a fast plumb bow touring sea kayak, with enough rocker and stability to look after a paddler with average ability, and enough room for a multi day trip, stretching to multi week, has occupied our thinking since we first started to get our heads around boats like the Rockpool Taran & the improved Epic 18X. We are confident that the new Pace Tour 17 will allow entry to the world of fast touring boats to paddlers who have yet to bring their skills up to the levels required to get the most out of some of the established kayak designs in this genre. A very exciting development and the sign of things to come in the sea kayak expedition market. You can read the full specs, weights & graphics on the Pace 17 Tour HERE.
