Heavy & strong on the catch, but super light on the exit, which facilitates acceleration and the sort of stop-start cadence you need when paddling in the dynamic ocean environment. Every single Jantex paddle is completely custom built, so you can nominate the size of the blade (ranging 780cm2, down to 680cm2 in increments of 20cm2), the stiffness of the shaft, and even the stiffness of the blade. As a guide, 95% of Jantext paddles sold are in the Ultra Light Blade, with Flexi Soft shaft. Delivery on your new Jantex will take about a week while the paddle is made to spec.
